Dubstep or die (and a Thanksgiving drawing)

Recently, I mocked our babysitter Sara Be for not liking Dubstep (fast, heavy electronic music) because it "scared her". Much to her chagrin, I listen to it to it all the time and Toddler Flails-a-lot loves it. I love the ferocity and speed of it. You can pop and lock and slow motion Matrix dance to it. Not that I do that, because I'm old and wrenched my knee adjusting a welcome mat with my foot yesterday. But if I was young and athletic I could totally do that.

Silly person, I thought, what's not to love?

Well, apparently more people agree with her than you would think.

Here's Key and Peele's take on Dubstep.

They may be right, but I'll still be listening to it while I chew some turkey leg. Gobble, gobble!

  1. Wanted to make sure no impressionable minds were around when I partook of the Dub Step 'play me'. Today, back to school so yes. Hysterical! Honestly, thanks for sharing. As surrogate parents to a 21 year old, the Caitlin's CD is the girl version and me and the 7 year old like it. Hope you survived the holiday to enjoy the next impending one.

    1. Yeah, it's like theme music for the adventure/fight scene of a movie. Glad you like it! :)
